SCORM 1.3 Support

Hello,
I would  know if there is provision in future versions of OpenOLAT, the support for importing courses of educational packages that follow the SCORM 1.3

There is no SCORM 1.3, this was renamed to SCORM 2004 1st edition. 

OpenOLAT supports SCORM 1.2. SCORM 2004 is not supported. This is not a little upgrade of the specification, it is more like a new one. 

We know someone who has a finished implementation ready, if you like I can forward your mail to him and maybe you can reach an agreement with him.

Hello Oronzo,

there is a complete SCORM-2004 (1.3) V4 engine available for use with OpenOLAT, Moodle and ATutor.

The Sequencing engine is external but the content stays on the LMS, just the imsmanifest.xml is sent.

It is proprietary software.

If you are interested I could set up a demo for OpenOLAT, so you can try it.

Please send me some samples of imsmanifest.xml files you have.

So far I have not seen any which make real use of IMS "Simple Sequencing."
