Upgrade openolat from 1413 to 1414

Hello

Last week I made a new ( my first ) installation of openolat 1413 on an ubuntu server with postgres.

Now openolat 1414 is released an recommended for installation.

How can I upgrade an an existing installtion to not get in trouble. Is there an installtion guide available, explaining the upgrade steps of an existing installtion?

You can follow the instructions found in the manual for the "Upgrade
from OpenOlat 10.x.x/11.x.x to the newest OpenOlat 12.y.y" if you
followed the installation manual:
