Edit Quota and Upload Limit

When we navigate to my groups and go to the coach tab and select one group , click on configure.
Now a new pop up window opens asking for folder click folder and click on.
We get a Edit Quota details , there when we are making any changes in the quota and upload limit it is not reflected back.
Every time it is taking the default value of 102400 irrespective whether the entered value is less or not.
