Layout setting "Logo target URL (optional)" has no effect

The layout setting "Logo target URL (optional)" has no effect.

-> The link remains on https://www.OpenOlat.com.

Is this a bug?

System: Debian 10, Postgres SQL, OpenOlat 15.25

Setting Location: Administration > Customization > Layout
