Tomcat cannot point to localhost:8088 and OpenOlat cannot start after installation

Dear support team,

Iam using 

          Ubuntu 19.10

       Tomcat  Server version: Tomcat/10.0.0-M4

Followed installation guide from : https://www.openolat.com/fileadmin/adminwiki/_START_.html

Below find my enquiry:

1. Tomcat starts successfully but when I point to the browser on http://localhost:8088/ it doesn't fire up

2. After installation of OpenOlat , when I issue the command ./start only tomcat starts and i cannot see the file log/catalina.out say:

          INFO: Deploying configuration descriptor /home/openolat/conf/Catalina/localhost/ROOT.xml

Your quick response will be appreciated. Iam also available for a TeamViewer support.
