importing of videos does not work

Hi all

Of late - we have done it before - but I am unable to import any files or media.

We choose the learning content a mp4 to upload we choose the file from our computer, it puts the name of the file in and starts to load then just goes blank and doesn't show the name and wont let us import.

I am sure it is  a simple fix but we can't figure it out!

Any help will be appreciated

Hi 

- have a look at your olat.log, do you see any errors?

- check you have enough space in your tmp directory (that one that tomcat uses during upload)
