Hi Team,

We are facing one issue while working on openolat. Actually, we could not able to download his test performance using 'Evidences of achievement'  option as no transactions are shown. We have created a questionnaire and attempted it several times.

Could u please assist us to resolve the issue.

Hi Sanket

Do you mix up questionnaire with tests? Note that questionnaires do not generate an evidence of achievement, questionnaires are used to gather feedback of course participants, it is not about assessment of users. For user assessment you have to use a test.
