Detailed Update/upgrade steps

I am looking for detailed upgrade steps.  I have found http://code.google.com/p/openmeetings/wiki/UpdateOpenMeetings , In this URL it indicate "Since Version 1.3 RC1"  well really this "Since Version 1.3 RC1" is only backing up rooms, etc...  and not giving upgrade steps.

I have used the "Prior Version 1.3" to upgrade but I figure there must be an easier way.

I am running CentOS release 5.5.
