New User impossible

Hi,

I can't add a new user in the OM 1_8

I can't add a new organisation

I can't import a backup

Anyone have a idea ?

what do you mean by *I can't add a new user*
what is the error code? exception? Where are you adding users? Admin Interface or via SOAP?

Oh sorry ! I try again and i can now... i can add a user and a organisation. 

i used the admin interface.

(The précédent error message was something like "contact your administrator")

i will try to import backup. is it possible to import users of the last version of OM with admin system import ?
