Image in "restricted"

in the "restricted" room is in the "audio only" mode displays no image more. Room of this type is ideal for larger events (100-120 people). In this volume, the speaker usually on "audio only" change, to conserve bandwidth (100 Mbps full duplex). It looks better if the audience could see at least one photo. Can I change it somewhere or is it hard coded?
