Default Video Size in Conference Room

Hi,
We're in the process of upgrading our Citrix (XenApp 6) environment and are currently testing OpenMeetings within a Full Desktop session. I have to say that so far using the DHX technology, the results are fantastic. Smooth video, clear audio, minimal lag and almost instant response to Desktop sharing.
Having been through the normal bandwidth issues over Broadband with multiple users and the resultant lag in audio/video, this delivery method really does make OpenMeetings extremely effective. However, what I'm finding now is that there is a demand for a larger default video size within the conference room without the hassle of resizing manually and refreshing. I'm sure there must be sizing parameters somewhere in the config files but despite many searches I cannot find them.
Don't suppose anuone can point me in the right direction and what parameters to change could they?
