installation directory and bandwidth usage

Good Day,

Can i change the name of installation directory from openmeetings (inside the webapps folder) to something else. if yes what are the steps involved other than renaming the folder.

Has any body benchmarked the bandwidth usage at the server side if yes it would be great if you shared the same.
