Upload video for whiteboard with better resolution

Hi,
is there a way to change the resolution a video uploaded to the whiteboard is displayed. Currently it seems to be something like 200x320 which is to blurry to display e.g. screen captured videos for learning purposes.
I could see the ffmpeg command lines in the openmeeting.log but couldn't find where to change the respective parameters. A decent resolution for screen casts would be 1024x768 - for bandwith sake we could reduce frames per second.
Where would I configure this?
