Hello everyone,

We installed OpenHIM web console and core on a virtualized Ubuntu server. The IP and the port are managed by a Fortigate firewall, but when we try to access the web console there is no response. We are getting the error in the server that you can see in the attached file.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem?

Thank you!

Hi Stuardo

Thanks for reaching out to us. Im not too sure if this is an issue with the OpenHIM or rather with Letsencrypt not being able to validate the domain the certificate is meant for. Based on the error shown in red it highlights that the challenge failed due to the certificate not being able to be validated. This could be related to the /.well-known/acme-challenge not containing the file to validate the certificate, or an issue with the DNS not being configured correctly.

Ive posted a few quick search links that might help you in the right direction
