Vision ZD2102-5 - battery level 0%

Hi,

I recently bought a Vision ZD2102-5 door window sensor. The device is working fine with the snapshot vesion of the z-wave binding (from cloudbees), except for the battery level reports. Battery level is reported as 0%... I have already put in a new battery. After that the battery level was reported as 100%, but after a couple of hours it went straight back to 0%. Has anyone else seen a similar behavior with this device?

              I have a few of them and all of them have been sending the correct battery. I did have one sensor that depleted the battery that came with the sensor very fast. Once i replaced it then there was not problem.

Do you have section of the zwave.log that is logging the battery information from sensor. You will have to do a grep for the node.

Hi Martin,

Thanks for your reply. I understand that there are different versions of this sensor available. Do you also have version 5 of this sensor?
I have already checked the zwsve log and I can see the battery report containing a value of 0. I think I will return this one...
