openblas-dev package on travis-ci

Hi,

we are trying to make openblas working with our project (https://github.com/coderefinery/autocmake/pull/173); 

however, mixing libblas-dev with libopenblas-dev (https://github.com/coderefinery/autocmake/blob/openblas/.travis.yml#L70)  does not ensure  blas-test run on (unknown) travis-ci virtual server.

I spent a lot of time of picking/selecting  linux packages with openblas package for virtual testing servers, but now way, travis-ci still not green with the openblas.

Has someone met similar behaviour ? Any help is appreciated on howto set up testing server with openblas package...
