This is just more of a curiosity to me...I've noticed that when using the SX ASCOM Lodestar driver I get different hot pixels than when using the SXV driver. I thought the hot pixels were a property of the camera so it doesn't make sense to me that they would be different. The ASCOM driver shows less pixels but there are several clusters that are rather large and difficult to calibrate out. The SXV driver shows several more hot pixels but small clusters.

The native driver and the ASCOM driver read out the data from the camera differently since they have different strategies for dealing with the interlacing. Here are some posts describing it:
