Hi.
In simuLTE you can generate your simulation via GUI for simple scenarios, or via .ini file for more complex options. You can find some examples in the "simulations" directory.
E.g. you can decide the number of eNBs, the number of UEs for each of them, their position, the traffic type, scheduler type, etc.
There are various metrics that can be showed: throughput, packet delay, average CQI, HARQ error rate, etc.
