Problem in installing omnet++ on windows 8

according to installation guide after unziping the folder i have to start mingwenv.cmd but i m not finding this in the folder.plz give me solution.

Did you really download the Windows version of the OMNeT installation files?

Well than you should check the integrity of your downloaded file and/or use a different extract utility.
There is definitely a mingwenv.cmd inside the windows zip file of every OMNeT release.
