delay,jitter,packetloss in voip

hi everyone,i am new to omnet++.

i was wondering if its possible to mention the  amount delay jitter and packet loss to be set for the transmission before the simulation actually begins

for example say i want a simulation which gives me eaxtly 10% packet loss,20%delay and 5% jitter.is it possible to be done in omnet++ for voip
