transmission a video with loss rate

hi, i'm working on my thesis and i want to simulate the video transmission, but i don't have any idea how can i do it with omnet,
actually i wanna change the video packet's. i mean loss. for example change a video quality with 5% Loss Rate.
and after changing in packet, i wanna watch it, again, for some QoS experiment.
please help me. i extremely need it,
my system configuration is:
os: 7
omnetpp 4-2-2
