Obstacles in Omnet++ 4.1

I am trying to include obstacles in Omnet++ 4.1 and I follow the instructions from this link http://veins.car2x.org/documentation/modules/obstacles/ but it didn't work.
Can someone give detailed instructions on "how to" includes obstacles in omnet++ 4.1

if you use the most recent version of Veins for OMNNeT++: there's
nothing you need to do. The Simple Obstacle Model is already included in
Veins.

included in INET.
