Cannot build with BasicBattery.h included

When I build my project with one of my files including

BasicBattery.h

It fails to build starting at the enum PowerType { CURRENT, line, with
many more errors after that.

It does not fail in inetmanet_a however!

The build errors are:

expected unqualified-id before numeric constant
expected identifier before numeric constant
expected } before numeric constant

I expect it will have something to do with include order, but generally
headers should be designed not to depend on that and also I have it at
the top of my
own header after omnett.h
