connection of omnet++ ,veins and sumo

can any body  suggest me how to connect omnet++ ,veins and sumo parallelly or through omnet++ mingwindow
i have alredly type

/c/Users/user/src/veins-3.0/sumo-launchd.py -vv -c /c/Users/user/src/sumo-0.21.0/bin/sumo.exe
but error is in import dll and import socket
i am using windows 7, omnet++ 4.5, sumo-0.21.0,veins 3.0 pls suggest the solution as soon as possible
