error in connecting sumo and omnet using veins

while connecting sumo and omnet++ using command

/c/Users/user/src/veins-3.0/sumo-launchd.py -vv -c /c/Users/user/src/sumo-0.21.0/bin/sumo.exe

There is an error dll loading failed

how can i solve this????

did you try this?

$./sumo-launchd.py -vv -c sumo-gui
and then go to OMNeT++ IDE.  Veins->examples->veins->omnetpp.ini. Right click Run As OMNeT++ Simulation.
You can see whether it works on not.
