best way for send message for routing protocol

hi every one

i would to develop a new routing protocol. i determine types of messages transmit  for establish a new route between source and destination 

now i'am want the modeling this protocol in omnet++ by use veins and sumo. my question is what the best way i use for transmit message in WSMP between nodes.
