veins launchd.py error

Dear all,

I try to run SUMO, OMNeT++, and Veins. In the OMNeT++ MinGW command line window, I run (according to veins tutorial at http://veins.car2x.org/tutorial/) I found these error:
$ D:/veins-veins-3.0/sumo-

launchd.py -vv -c c:/mee/sumo-0.17.0/bin/sumo.exe
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "D:/veins-veins-3.0/sumo-launchd.py", line 47, in <module>
    import socket
  File "D:\omnetpp-4.2\msys\bin\python27.zip\socket.py", line 47, in <module>
    import _socket
ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified procedure could not be found.

please help.
