We need to start using this again! 

I'll be happy to start posting and recruiting, but it would be helpful to know if anyone is still administering this site and if I can help add people and get some participation going.

Hi Sarah,

Happy New Year!

I just joined the site today. I'm a proud resident of the Old Quad in our beautiful city of Santa Clara. I live on Benton Street across from the University and have since 2001.

Please add me to any mailer or on your distribution list. Plus I'm wondering if there is an established home owner association in our area that I would love to join and be a part of as I've researched in the past but I'm not aware of any in our neighborhood?

I Look forward to hearing from you and hearing more about our great community. I'm somewhat isolated as a home owner and resident in a college town with renters out numbering my block by quite a few.

I’m still on this online group.  I don’t currently live in the Old Quad, I did love living in the the neighborhood.  I currently rent my house in the Old Quad and am interested in getting more information about the area. 

I hope that there is still some activity.  Please let me know!
