This release contains changes from April 2019 CPU [1].

Other changes:

- JRE is available as a separate ZIP download and as an installation
feature in installer [2]
- OpenJFX 8 is not maintained upstream anymore [3], this release
contains OpenJFX 8u202 with WebKit-GTK updated to 2.22.7 [4], there are
no OpenJFX security patches published upstream for this CPU
