11.0.1-1 release page:

This release contains changes from October 2018 CPU [1].

This release is built only for x86_64 arch, there are no plans to
introduce 32-bit jd11-win builds (related issue [2]).

MSI installer includes an experimental build of JDK Misson Control [3],
it is installed into "<jdk>/missioncontrol" directory and can be run
from command line with "jmc". Note, that JMC uses "%USERPROFILE%/.jmc"
directory to store configuration files and this directory is NOT cleaned
up on uninstall.

MSI installer does not include WebStart (IcedTea-Web) component, it is
planned to be included into the following versions of installer (once
jdk11 is supported in IcedTea-Web [4]).
