The OpenHIE Community Architecture responsibilities did not clearly outline some of the work we are doing on the testing strategy and specification.  In preparation for the Addis meeting, Carl, Shaun and I have taken an initial look at updating them appropriately.  Please take a look and provide any comments or revision marks on needed changes.
