Hi Everyone,

I've posted the draft of Strategic Goal 2 and corresponding objectives incorporating feedback from our open consultation process:

Improve processes for efficient OERu operations that underpin academic quality at scale

We will be discussing and calibrating the KPIs at the forthcoming OERu partners meeting in Hobart on 6 & 7 November 2014, in preparation for tabling the Strategic Plan 2015 - 2017 at the OERu Council of Chief Executive Officers on 10 November in Sydney.

Please post any feedback and suggestions on Strategic Goal 2 on the corresponding talk page in the wiki.
