Program July 8

Our meeting is still at Chen’s Buffet at NW 23rd and Meridian Ave.  The buffet plus tax and tip totals $9.53.  This week Senator Kyle Loveless will present his plan to protect property from being seized or forfeited without due process.  We will also present updated OCPAC bylaws for approval.  We are proposing a change that would allow us to get involved in more political races.  For example, under the proposed change, OCPAC would have been able to endorse a candidate in the upcoming House District 85 primary on July 14.  I am personally endorsing Ralph Crawford in that race.  He is a strong supporter of school choice, free markets, and ending abortion.

The Judicial Blitzkrieg:  What happened?

Blitzkrieg:  A German term for “lightning war,” a military tactic designed to create disorganization among enemy forces through the use of concentrated firepower.  Three opinions in quick succession:  Obamacare is constitutional, gay marriage must be recognized, and the Ten Commandments must come down.  All three judgements were unconstitutional.  At least two were immoral.  What happened?

The courts did not come to these decisions by accident.  They were not the result of incompetence or faulty thinking.  These judges are lawyers with political agendas.  They were not taking their time to deliberate what was lawful and what was right.  They took their time to figure out the best marketing package for their unlawful and immoral plans to advance socialism and debauchery.

To be certain our readers understand the arguments, here is a brief summary of why the courts are wrong:

Obamacare:  The power to regulate healthcare and insurance was not granted to the District of Criminals in the U.S. Constitution.  The Tenth Amendment reserves all non-enumerated powers to the states or to the people.  Furthermore, it is immoral to force people to purchase a product or enter into a contract.

Marriage:  The power to regulate marriage was not granted to the District of Criminals in the U.S. Constitution.  The Fourteenth Amendment properly interpreted guarantees the equal application of state laws within the state.  The Tenth Amendment reserves all non-enumerated powers to the states or to the people.  The Declaration of Independence references the “Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God” which confirm that homosexual sex is immoral and therefore should not be condoned by civil law.

The Ten Commandments:  The Oklahoma Supreme Court said the monument somehow advances a religion, which violates the Oklahoma Constitution.  Memorializing the Ten Commandments no more advances a religion than hanging a dream catcher in the capitol advances a Native American religion.

The Judicial Blitzkrieg:  How should we respond?

The supreme courts of our state and federal governments are behaving badly.  It is up to the other branches of government to correct their evil influence and rein them in.  The President and the U.S. Congress are complicit, so we cannot look to them.  That leaves our state governor and legislature.  They need to use their authority to ensure that justice is served.

As I mentioned last week, Oklahoma legislators are stepping to the plate on the Ten Commandments.  Sources tell me that the following representatives are planning to impeach certain Oklahoma judges:  Mike Sanders, Kevin Calvey, John Bennett, Casey Murdock, Lewis Moore, Dan Fisher, George Faught, Jason Murphey, Paul Wesselhoft, Sally Kern, Sean Roberts, Mark McBride, and David Derby.  My apologies to anyone left out.  Representatives Jon Echols, Tom Newell, and Randy Grau are working on a proposal to change the Oklahoma Constitution, removing the sections that the court misinterpreted.  Others are daily joining the fray.

We have yet to see how our Oklahoma legislature and governor will respond on the marriage issue.  There is still no word from Governor Fallin.

The Judicial Blitzkrieg:  What can I do?

Individuals acting alone will be marginalized and persecuted.  We must act together through the strength and authority of our local governing bodies who are elected by us and accountable to us.  However, they will only act if we demand that they do.  They must hear from us.  We recommend taking these four steps:

1.  Call the governor and ask her to:

  • uphold and enforce the Oklahoma Constitution at all costs.
  • loudly and publicly say NO to the Supreme Court on gay marriage.
  • proclaim that she and Oklahoma will enforce our state constitution.
  • prohibit any law enforcement agent at any level from removing the Ten Commandments monument.

2.  Call your OK senator and representative.  Ask them to call for a special session to:

  • pass a bill providing direction and protection to Oklahoma court clerks and anyone involved in upholding the Oklahoma Constitution on marriage.
  • pass a resolution stating the OK Supreme Court was wrong in its interpretation and that the Ten Commandments monument shall not be removed.
  • begin the process of allowing the people to vote to remove the misinterpreted phrases from the Oklahoma Constitution.
  • impeach the Oklahoma Supreme Court justices.

3.  Direct everyone to Reclaim America for Christ to get educated on these judicial issues and pointed in the same direction.  You will find video clips and links to material about the rights and duties of the states when faced with judicial and federal tyranny.

4.  Sign the online petition at Protect Life, OK!
