GPL release?

Can someone clarify which OCE release will be GPL licensed? I thought I looked at the correct LICENSE.txt file from the 0.14 commit but someone else mentioned that that happened after the 0.14 release so I'm confused.

I'd like to move FreeCAD & OCE to Fedora (out of RPM Fusion non-free) as soon as possible.

Hello Richard,

OCE 0.15 will be LGPL 2.1; there is no release date yet, maybe around February.
