Hi,

is it meaningful for outside contributors to put CRs in the sources?
If so, it might be a good idea to explain on the Wiki how to do that
(syntax, conventions, etc.) and who might be a suitable receiver for
different parts of the code.

Not at the moment.  We'd like to try to use bitbucket's issue-tracker for communication with outside developers.
