Installing Error - Cannot load packing list

While trying to install Groupwise 6, I receive the message "Cannot load
packing list" and the installation aborts. The computer had 5.5 with
enhancement pack previously installed. That program has been removed. Any
ideas?

Your mapi32.dll is the wrong version most likely - check out
