1. Qualifier Tournament (QT) Pre Reqistration now live!  Deadline September 30th to complete the 2 steps that will allow your team to register for a FLL tournament

2.  New for 2015:  FLL Corporate Challenge coming up in October - Registration now open for ADULT teams to compete in a FLL game!


3. Webinar: Rookie Coach Training on Sunday, 9/27 starts at 7pm - focused on coach's role and overview of FLL


4. Webinar: Preparing for FLL Tournament on Tuesday 9/29 starts at 7pm - focused on registering and preparing for a tournament


5. Tshirt Design Contest - deadline 10/25


6. Qualifier tournament host sites and organizers needed  - particularly in the East Bay!   Planning session for rookie/new tournament organizers on 9/13.  


7. Upcoming NorCal FIRST Events between September-October
            September 12: FTC Kickoff at Valley Christian HS - doors open at 8:30am, starts with game reveal at 9am
            September 19-20: Chezy Champs FRC OffSeason Competition at Bellarmine in San Jose
            October 2-3:  CalGames FRC OffSeason Competition at Lynbrook HS in San Jose
            October 24-25:  Capital City Classic FRC OffSeason Competition at Pleasant Grove HS in Elk Grove

Fun Fact:  NorCal FLL is experiencing nearly 20% growth in number of teams so far this season!

This is a near weekly "recap" email to remind everyone about deadlines and other important info between now and the start of tournament season in November.   There was not an email update last week due to kickoff.  Please pass this along to the team parents and others involved in FLL.
