For those that graduated out of FLL - please consider volunteering!  Learn about upcoming opportunities by signing up for the volunteer-for-pal googlegroup.   Also,  FTC Rookie Coach workshop coming up in July 12th 10-4:  Sign up link coming soon on www.norcalftc.org site. 1. TOMORROW:  Saturday May 31 1 to ~4pm: Garage Sale (all FIRST programs including FLL kits) - PLUS  FIRST-oriented craft fair.  Learn more    If you want to sell any FIRST-related  items - equipment or craft items - please see link to sign up.  There is interest in challenge tables and NXT robotic kits!


2. Sunday June 1st  FLL Project Symposium - cancelled.  There appears to be minimal interest in this event for this year... not sure why.  Please let me know your thoughts.  Last year's event was very successful and well attended.


3. Sunday June 8 from 1pm:  Open House at The Play Space -   Highlights will include having every single FLL Challenge set up for viewing.  We have every year starting from Volcanic Panic in 2000 to 2013's Nature's Fury.   RSVP please


4.  June 21:  Want to help Playing At Learning and NorCalFLL be more effective and better handle the program growth?   Join us for a brainstorming/strategy meeting in San Jose on Saturday 6/21 starting at 5pm.  RSVP please.   


5. Thursday, June 26: Looking for 1 or 2 FLL teams to demo at INTEL Santa Clara on 6/26 10am to 2pm.  Preference to a team that has a connection to an Intel employee.  Email me if you are able to do this.


6. Weekly FLL-oriented Youth Summer Camps at The Play Space in San Jose starting 6/24.  


7.  Saturday June 28 10-4:  Introduction to FLL Coaching & LEGO Mindstorms Overview. Sign up link coming soon on www.norcalfll.org site


8. Rubrics Mailed. All but the Silicon Valley Championship "judge panel 2" teams Championship Rubric sheets are now mailed.   Next up, pics online and results posted...
