Assault at S. genois And Thalia

On Sunday, November 30, 2008 at approximately 12:09 am, the victim was
sitting in the driver's seat of a Ford F150 at the intersection of
South Genois at Thalia Streets. The victim observed a small white
compact car drive around the block where he was sitting two or three
times. The victim then heard multiple gunshots coming from behind him
while his vehicle was being struck by said gunfire. The victim exited
the passenger side of the vehicle, fled the area on foot, then called
the police. Officers counted numerous shell casings from the scene.
The victim received a very minor wound on his left rib cage from a
piece of broken glass.
