[ANN] Nextflow 0.15.0

Hello, 

I've just uploaded Nextflow version 0.15.0. 

This is mainly a maintenance release that includes some bug fixes and small enhancements, including: 

• Improved output values declaration. See issue #59
• Solved duplicate process keys in some corner cases. See issue #57

Note: This version won't access cached processes produced a by previous a version.

You can update to this version as usual with the command: 

$ nextflow -self-update
