to Newton Police Department (NJ) Public Information
On Wednesday September 27, 2017 A narcotics investigation conducted cooperatively by the Sussex County Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force and the Newton Police Department resulted in the following arrests:
Drew Repasy, 33 years old, of Newton, was arrested on Liberty Street and charged with 2 counts of Possession of Heroin 2C:35-10a(1) (3rd Degree) and released pending an appearance at Central Judicial Processing. 10 Bags of Heroin were seized.
Brian Johnson, 33 years old, of Branchville, was arrested on Hampton Street and charged with 1 count of Distribution of Heroin, 2C:35b(3) (3rd Degree) and was lodged in the Sussex County Jail in accordance with the provisions of New Jersey Bail Reform. 10 Bags of Heroin were seized.
On Friday September 29, 2017 A cooperative narcotics investigation conducted by the Sussex County Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force and the Newton Police Department resulted in the following arrests:
Erin Dockray, 39 years old, of Newton, was arrested on Main Street and charged with one count of Distribution of Heroin within a Public Park/Building Zone 2C:35-7.1a (2nd Degree) and Distribution of Heroin 2C:35-5b(3) (3rd Degree) and was lodged in the Sussex County Jail in accordance with the provisions of New Jersey Bail Reform. 10 Bags of Heroin Seized.
Ashley Womack, 32 years old, of Newton, was arrested at 16 Union Place on an outstanding Superior Court Warrant along with, Conspiracy to Distribute Heroin 2C:35-5b(3) (3rd Degree), and 2 counts of Distribution of Heroin (3rd Degree) and was lodged in the Sussex County Jail in accordance with the provisions of New Jersey Bail Reform. Approx: 120 bags of Heroin Seized.
Anntoinette Macdonald, 36 years old, of Newton, was arrested at 16 Union Place and charged with, one count of Distribution of Heroin (3rd Degree) and released pending an appearance at Central Judicial Processing. 15 Bags of Heroin Seized.
