I should be able to get it up this week -- I'll post the link here once I'm done.  I would also be grateful for any feedback.  I think overall I got the concepts and the implementation correct, but if there are any corrections or clarifications I'd like to post them as a follow-up.

Nice presentation Mr Cloud. Congratulations. Just one point. Around 1h and 15m is not true. The internal event handler is called when you call ApplyEvent(). That is with the current code base there is no need to create internal handlers.
