In the interim, there is always the "CTRL X, F6, navigate to
destination, CTRL V" route instead of CTRL M. This gives the benefit/
disadvantage(?) of a prompt to paste as child/sibling (CTRL M move
assumes child).
1) F6/F7 added to Move dialog
2) New command added to View menu: "Collapse all except selection" -
you can assign a hotkey to it.
