I am a newbie with MLO, coming from RTM, Remember The Milk.
I just stumbled upon a neat trick and MLO feature that makes it real easy to re-create your rtm tasks in MLO. (By the way, this post is NOT intended as a discussion why I left RTM, or a feature comparison.)

To quickly copy a complete RTM list of tasks as a list of subtasks in MLO:
In RTM:
RTM.1. In an RTM List, choose PRINT. This will merely generate the list in a new tab in the browser with a check box next to each task.
RTM.2. Highlight [all] the tasks you want to tranfer to MLO, and copy to clipboard.
   ----RTM session complete-----

In MLO:
MLO.1. Paste the clipboard to any note (temporary step). this will REMOVE all the check boxes and leave a neat plain text list.
MLO.2. Highlight and copy the newer clean list to the clipboard.
MLO.3  Right click on the parent task/folder for this list of tasks, and choose: "Advanced" then "Paste text as subtasks".
MLO.3b. Optionally choose extra customization on the MLO dialog that pops up. Click OK.

Voila!!

Happy to help.

You could paste into the rapid task entry box too, if you want to customize them with parsed fields.
