3.5 PC: FR Regarding Import

Hi Andrey,
1.
In version 2.X, if I am not mistaken, there was the "Import" item on
the context menu of a task. Possible to return it to the context menu?
I often use "templates" for my regular tasks/projects, which are
actually stored as xml files, and, in order to import a template, I
have to go to the menu and select "Import", which is kind of not very
comfortable.

2.
Option to import the selected xml template as a subtask of the
selected task is not saved. By default, "Insert to the root of the
outline" is selected. Possible to change this behavior?

Hi Andrey,

Forget about item 1. I will live with it.
But what about issue No. 2?
