The cloud is simply the synchronization service so you will need the program (Desktop/Mobile).
A bundled package is a good idea though as an existing user I've not looked in a long time.

Why does company sell them separately? Would it be better if they offer MLO desktop/ MLO iOS/ MLO mobile first then offer MLO cloud as an optional?
