I hope no one minds the double post . . . but I posed this question a few days ago in the MLO iPhone forum and it hasn't even had any views yet, so my sense is that I'm likelier to get help posting it here.
My iPhone has stopped syncing. When I try to sync, I get the message "unknown error" (see attached photo). I cannot think of any significant change between the last successful sync (which was several days earlier) and when I started getting this message. This happened to me before when I was syncing to my iPad, and I managed to get syncing going again by (1) deleting MLO and packing up my iPad; (2) restoring my iPad to default settings, then restoring to the last backup (i.e., the one where there was no MLO); (3) downloading a fresh copy of MLO; (4) re-pairing the iPad to my MLO file.Unfortunately, that procedure has not worked for the iPhone, and I've tried it several times. The iPhone pairs to the MLO file fine, it just won't sync once it is paired up.Can anyone suggest a solution?Greg

Hi Greg
Can you please try to create new test simple data file on your iPhone, create new Cloud file and sync new iPhone data file and new Cloud profile – what is the result? Please let me know. Thank you!
