Tasks with links in the Notes

It may just be me but...

I would find it really useful if there were some sort of alternative complete for a task with a link. What I had in mind was clicking on a link would open the link and complete the task simultaneously; possibly Ctrl+Click or something similar. I have a lot of tasks where the task is completed in the place I'm linking to but I then have to remember to go back and complete in MLO. Like I say, it may just be me. I'd be interested if others would find this useful though.

Hey Pottster,
I understand what you are suggesting. When I face a similar situation
I don't -remember- to go close the task later. Face it, if I could
remember all the stuff I've got to do, I wouldn't be using MLO. So in
the circumstance you described, I would hit the link, alt-tab back to
MLO, close the task, then alt-tab back to the linked file.

Out would new a good thing to simplify this process. But I would
suggest defining it as a new, unassigned shortcut or hotkey so people
who prefer a simpler interface can be spared dealing with this.

And I would give this a low priority.
