How can I have a task entered from RTE have a reminder at its start time?

write the concrete reminder date or use rmd <lead time>

for example:
respond to ram today 06:00am -l 2h remind me 2h in advance
respond to ram today 06:00am -l 2h rmd 2h (this is same as first)
respond to ram today 06:00am -l 2h rmd 04:00am

Please tell if this works for you.

something isn't working for me. With all of these, I get a start and end date of 8 am. Using -s gives a start date only (with the reminder set before the start).  The -l  doesn't seem to work; it doesn't put any distance between the start and end date which I assume is what it is supposed to do.

This worked to set the start and reminder to the same:
respond to ram -start tomorrow 06:00am rmd

But no matter what I do I cannot seem to set both start and due dates to different things.  I think I remember something about it being in the spacing (one wants a space, and one doesn't) but I can't remember anymore....

Should be no space between -l and time/date value.
Taking the last example, the most efficient parsing (fewest key presses) would be: -
respond to ram sat 6a -l2h rmd 4a
(Still not quite sure why someone would want a reminder at 4am - get a life people!)

Working great, though I'm not using -l:

respond to ram today in 4 hours rmd

This works great for me, thanks!
