Getting free cloud extra subscription with andriod update

I have ungraded to Andrid Pro,I already have the cloud sync, try as I may I cannot seem to add any extra time onto my already purchased sync time. I know that I should be entitled to 3 extra months of cloud subscription but I don't seem to be able to apply this benefit. I get to the screen and  fill my details in then I click on the 'send me the promo code' button and everything just hangs. Any idea what to do ?

I'm having trouble with MLO on my Android. It does not allow me to
enter the code anywhere and only gives options on how I want to view
the list. I have been unable to sync with my desktop version. Can
